Use in the evening only after cleansing and toning. Retinol is sensitive to light and heat — nighttime application is essential.

Week 1–2 (Adjustment Period): Apply 1–2 drops to targeted areas (around the eyes, smile lines, forehead) 2–3 times per week only.

Week 3+: Increase to every other evening as tolerated, then build to nightly use as your skin adapts.

Follow with moisturiser. Always apply SPF 30+ every morning while using this serum, even on days you didn't use it the night before — Retinol remains active in the skin.
