Where do you ship?


At the moment, we are only shipping to the UK.

What is your return policy?

.At Skinza, we want you to be fully confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, this policy explains your rights and how returns and refunds are handled in accordance with UK consumer law.

Returns Eligibility

You have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care or skincare products once opened or used
  • Digital products or downloadable items
  • Gift cards

How long will it take to get my order?

Please allow 3-5 working days for order processing. Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 2-3 working days.

Occasionally, if there is higher demand than expected, our products go onto back order. This can cause a delay of up to 2 weeks. All orders will be fulfilled as soon as products are back in stock.

We cannot take responsibility for parcels that are signed for by anyone other than the intended recipient.
