I got the 4-pack to try and used one in front of my mum. She asked if she could try one the next evening, used it overnight, and the next morning her skin looked so visibly plumped and refreshed that she ordered her own box before I even woke up. And it actually works, my skin moisture levels have visibly improved and my redness has calmed significantly after three weeks of twice-weekly use. This is premium K-beauty at its best and Skinza's price is very competitive. Highly recommend.

I have eczema-prone skin and finding products that don't trigger a flare is exhausting. This mask has been completely fine, actually more than fine, it's been really soothing and calming on my skin. The ceramides are clearly doing their job strengthening my barrier.
Four stars only because I wish the masks were slightly larger to cover my chin area fully. But the formula itself is absolutely brilliant and I'll definitely be repurchasing.

Mixed feelings on this one. The actual product is wonderful deeply hydrating, calming, and my skin looked visibly brighter and more bouncy after each use. I bought the 8-pack and have been really impressed with the results. BUT the outer packaging arrived squashed and one of the individual mask wrappers had a small tear on it (though the mask itself was sealed and fine inside). For £19 worth of skincare I'd expect better care in transit. The product itself genuinely deserves 5 stars though.

My order arrived 7 days late and the packaging looked like it had been through a rough journey, the cardboard box was crushed at one corner. I was genuinely worried the masks inside were damaged. Thankfully they were all fine and I've now used three of them with fantastic results plump, hydrated, glowing skin every time. I contacted Skinza about the packaging issue and they were apologetic and offered a discount on my next order which I appreciated. Will order again.
