Evening (recommended): After cleansing and toning, apply 2–3 drops to face and neck and gently pat to absorb. Use less than your usual serum amount. Follow with moisturiser.

Week 1–2: Use every other evening only to allow skin to adjust to Retinol.

Week 3+: Increase to every evening as tolerated, then add morning use if desired.

Is this suitable for Retinol beginners?
Yes — the liposome nano-encapsulation makes this one of the gentler ways to introduce Retinol. Start every other evening for the first two weeks and build up gradually. It has passed skin irritation testing.

What does "Nano Retinol" mean?
The Retinol is encapsulated in nano-sized liposomes — tiny lipid spheres that protect the active from oxidation, improve its penetration into the skin and release it gradually. This means better results with less irritation compared to standard Retinol serums.

Can I use it every day?
Not straight away. Start every other evening for two weeks, then increase to daily evening use as your skin adjusts. Morning use is also possible but always follow with SPF.

Do I need SPF?
Yes — always. Retinol increases the skin's sensitivity to UV. Apply broad-spectrum SPF 30+ as the last step of your morning routine whenever you are using this serum.
